MHEI® offers online training for installers through its Manufactured Home Installation - Online Training programs. (See below for states that have approved this training for installers.) Manufactured home sales professionals can take the Professional Housing Consultant (PHC®) designation courses online through this site.

The Manufactured Home Installation – Online Training courses are approved for installers seeking licenses in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
The PHC® courses are designed for manufactured home sales people, both at the retail sales center and in manufactured home land-lease communities.

Retail sales people earn the PHC® designation upon successful completion of three courses:
